If applicant Married outside Malaysia and India - Marriage certificate in English need to be stamp by respected embassy and Spouse Passport / IC copies.

If applicant Married in India : - Marriage certificate in English along with Spouse passport copies (first page and last page).

If applicant Married in Malaysia : - Marriage certificate in English need to attest/stamp by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Putrajaya and spouse IC/Passport copies.

All applicant who are married must add their spouse name in their passport and need to produce below documents accordingly,.

Please take note that if the Marriage Certificate is in Malay, it first needs to be translated to English (by official translator) and the translated copy needs to be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Putrajaya

If spouse name was not included in passport, original Marriage Certificate (Which issued in Malaysia) first needs to be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Putrajaya.

IC copy of spouse and original marriage certificate if spouse name was included in passport.

Photocopy of the old passport (first two pages, visa page and the last page).

Applicant who holds Social ( Spouse) Visa ( Married to Malaysian ).

Passport only can be renewed if validity less than 1 year or pages less than 3 only.
